Montana Wilson graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Fredericton. She has more than a decade of experience working in geotechnical, environmental and civil engineering sectors. As a Designated Consulting Engineer with Professional Engineers of Ontario and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) she has a skill set unique in consulting engineering. Montana has extensive project experience in multiple sectors including municipal, residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects.
She values honesty, integrity, and respect at the core of the business. Her passion and determination are reflected in every project to produce cost effective, practical, and timely solutions for the owner.
Nick Preikschas graduated from Conestoga College with a diploma in Civil-Environment Engineering Technology and has been working in the civil engineering industry for over 12 years. Nick’s industry experience provides him with a thorough knowledge and understanding of design, approval processes and project management for site and land development and road reconstruction projects for municipal, residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
Nick is determined to provide the client and project with a quality product, providing a cost-effective design solution while maintaining the project deliverables. He is also determined to provide the client with better project communication and an enhanced development and approval experience for the project. Nick is very involved with the local and professional community through various boards and not-for-profit organizations and prides himself as a community minded leader.
Simon Culliton graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and followed this up with a Post Graduate Certificate in GIS and Civil Technology from the University of Ryerson. Simon has continued his education with various geomatics-based courses through the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University. Simon has been working in the industry for the past 12 years and accumulated a wealth of experience in various fields such as evaluating and reviewing topographic surveying and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) surveying, and construction layout & engineering surveys.
Simon has a passion for business and technology and values putting together a quality product and solution for every unique client situation. Simon grew up in Stratford, and is proud to give back to the community through various volunteering opportunities.
Spencer Bannon earned his degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph and holds a full license as a Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario. He has over a decade of experience in the industry providing consulting services on a wide range of topics, including provincial approvals and registrations, environmental site assessment, environmental reporting, air quality, noise, and building sciences. Spencer has a long history specializing in unique and complex air and noise assessments, helping clients manage environmental compliance duties and obligations, and educating and training stakeholders and facility managers on their obligations under federal, provincial, and municipal legislation.
Spencer is passionate about helping clients achieve their environmental goals and is committed to providing practical and cost-effective solutions. His expertise in the industry is highly regarded, and he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
